Baylee Fingerhut is an Associate at Novel Strategies, supporting the firm’s life sciences and healthcare portfolio through legislative research, data analysis, and strategic communications. After completing a six-month internship, she joined the firm full time and works across client accounts focused on biotechnology, healthcare innovation, and emerging life sciences policy.

Baylee tracks federal healthcare and innovation policy, analyzes legislative and regulatory developments, and delivers data-driven research and thought leadership that translate complex issues into actionable insights for government, industry, and investment audiences.

Baylee graduated from Saint Joseph’s University in December 2025 with a B.A. in Public Policy, concentrating on healthcare and life sciences policy at the intersection of innovation, investment, and patient access.
