Josh Lipscomb supports a wide range of client projects at Novel Strategies, bringing a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to policy research, written materials, and strategic coordination. His work includes tracking U.S. government activity, drafting memos and policy briefs, and managing multi-stakeholder projects—often with an international dimension.

Before joining Novel, Josh worked in small-business and nonprofit roles, using his Spanish fluency to support public relations, community outreach, and cross-cultural communication. He earned his B.A. in Philosophy and Spanish from Wofford College, where he served as a Global Ambassador and spent extensive time abroad studying international relations and conducting research. At Novel, he contributes to research, writing, and project management across international and domestic initiatives.
