Karaz Axam is a seasoned market researcher and licensed mediator who brings a multidisciplinary background to her work in government affairs. She combines analytical insight with a strong understanding of equity and dispute resolution to inform impactful public policy strategies.

Earlier, Karaz conducted market research, consulting on product improvements, market expansions, and equity audits for school districts.

A licensed mediator, she interned with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and earned her J.D. at Howard University School of Law. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and serves on the Alumni Board of her alma mater, Woodward Academy, in Atlanta.
