Karaz Axam is a seasoned market researcher and licensed mediator who brings a multidisciplinary background to her work in government affairs. She combines analytical insight with a strong understanding of equity and dispute resolution to inform impactful public policy strategies.

Before joining Novel Strategies, Karaz conducted market research in Arlington, Virginia, consulting on product improvements, market expansions, and equity audits for school districts. A licensed mediator, she interned with the EEOC and gained experience in Wills, Trusts, and Estates law while completing her J.D. at Howard University School of Law. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and serves on the Alumni Board of her alma mater, Woodward Academy, in Atlanta.
