Kyle Marinelli is a government relations and public affairs professional, focusing on the intersection of business and policy. With extensive experience developing and advancing federal policy, advocacy campaigns, and business strategies across a host of industries, his insights reflect a unique ability to synthesize complex, multi-sector perspectives into effective solutions for clients.

Before joining Novel Strategies, Kyle led government relations and policy efforts for the National Association of Workforce Boards (NAWB), representing more than 570 workforce development boards nationwide. He also managed the Campaign to Invest in America’s Workforce, one of the nation’s largest workforce development coalitions.

Kyle previously worked for former Pennsylvania Governor and Secretary of Homeland Security Tom Ridge, focusing on cyber and homeland security policy, and began his career as an investment banking strategy analyst with JPMorgan’s Global Analyst Development Program. He holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Management from Penn State, and both an M.S. in Public Policy and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
